肝上皮样血管内皮瘤影像诊断及介入治疗一例 被引量：3

摘要 患者女，45岁。右上腹部隐痛9个月，加重7d。体检尤明显异常。胸部x线片无异常，胃镜显示慢性浅表性胃窦炎伴胆汁反流，电子肠镜显示回盲部至直肠黏膜未见异常，cT平打：示肝脏火小、位置、形态均正常，肝左、右叶边缘均见多发类圆形低密度影，以有叶边缘明显，中心密度更低。增强后病灶边缘轻度强化，
