中小企业协同设计中基于不确定语言关联的粗粒度任务规划 被引量:2

摘要 针对中小企业协同设计中粗粒度任务规划问题,在分析现有理论和方法的基础上,本文提出了一种基于不确定多属性决策的粗粒度任务规划方法。该方法根据设计任务之间、设计单位和设计任务之间的不确定语言等关联,采用不确定决策理论合理地进行任务的排序和时间安排,并科学性地选择设计伙伴。文章给出了该方法的基本原理和基本步骤,建立了其相应数学模型,并通过实例验证了其正确性和科学性,对协同设计的任务规划具有较好的实用参考价值。 Facing the problem of the scheduling of rough-grade design procedure in SMEs' (Small Manufacturing Enterprises)Cooperative Design, on the basis of the analysis of the present theory and method, a kind of new method of scheduling based on uncertain linguistic multi-attribute decision making is presented in this paper. According to the uncertain linguistic relevance between each two tasks, and that between each task and design partner, and according the method of uncertain decision making, the tasks of the cooperative design are reasonably ranked, and the time is reasonably arranged to the task, and each task is assigned to the most suitable design partner. Its basic principle and calculating steps are given in this paper, and its corresponding mathematic model is set up in this paper. An example is studied in this paper, and its results testify the correctness of the method presented in this paper, and its results also show that this method has higher reference value for the scheduling of rough-grade design procedure.
