摘要
对高精度曲柄轴的结构进行了分析,设计并制造了一套磨削高精度双曲柄轴的夹具。采用钢球分度实现了双偏心在180°位置上的分度精度,利用调整法保证了双偏心的尺寸精度和位置精度,保证了双曲柄轴加工的高精度与高效率。
At first the structure of high precision double crank shaft is analyzed in the paper. Secondly a set of jigs, which are used in grinding operations to the high precision double crank shaft, is designed and manufactured. Then through using of steel ball division degree, it realizes the divisional precision of double eccentricities on 180° position, and at the same time it use adjusting method to ensure the dimensional and positional.precision, ensure the high precision and efficiency during machining double crank shaft.
