抗生素轮换和替换(干预)与控制细菌耐药 被引量:19

摘要 抗生素的广泛使用导致细菌耐药日趋严重,人们尝试多种方法进行应对,包括尝试抗生素轮换和替换(干预)来减少耐药,但研究结果不尽相同。抗生素的轮换和替换(干预)策略是否能够降低细菌耐药尚有诸多争议。本文对此进行了文献复习,现综述如下。
