摘要 利用脂肪酶在有机介质中催化制备过氧酸,丙烯醇在过氧酸的作用下发生环氧化反应生成环氧丙醇.对脂肪酶酶源、脂肪酶浓度、羧酸、羧酸浓度、温度、溶剂等反应条件进行筛选.在最适反应条件下,丙烯醇环氧化反应转化率可达67%. Carboxylic acid was peroxidized in organic solvents catalyzed by lipase and glycidol was synthesized from allyl alcohol catalyzed by acid peroxide. The optimum conditions ( enzyme source, enzyme concentration, acid, acid concentration, reaction medium and reaction temperature, et al ) were screened out. Under the optimum conditions, a conversion of 67% was achieved.
