摘要
为了改善在热传导冷却非均匀抽运条件下,热效应引起的光束质量和输出稳定性的下降,采用了半圆柱面LD阵列结合直角棱镜谐振腔结构,获得高稳定性、高光束质量的激光输出。所研制的样机在重频20Hz工作,单脉冲能量75mJ,光轴漂移量小于0.1m rad,远场发散角2.2m rad,输出稳定性≤3%。
An innovative gain module is employed to improve the performance of heat-conduct cooled asymmetric laser, which consists of a Nd:YAG rod pumped by a semicylidrically arranged LD array, and right-angle prism as the mirror, leading to a highly stable output with a high quality. The laser works at 20 Hz, and the output energy per pulse is 75 mJ,the optic axis excursion is less than 0. lmrad,the divergence angle is 2.2mrad,and output stability is 3%.
