婴儿颞骨郎格罕细胞组织细胞增生症一例

摘要 患儿男，11个月，左耳痛、流脓伴发热1个月收入院。耳部检查：左外耳道充满血性分泌物，后下壁见粉红色肉芽．基地广，质韧，触之易出血，左乳突无红肿、压痛，耳后、乳突及颈部未触及肿大的淋巴结；右侧外耳道及鼓膜无明显异常．全身检查：神志清，营养中等，心肺未见异常．腹平软，肝脾肋下未及，神经系统正常。实验室检查：白细胞9．30×10^9／L，血红蛋白127g／L，谷丙转氨酶21U／L，碱性磷酸酶175U／L，
