速度向量成像评价双腔起搏致心力衰竭一例 被引量:1

摘要 患者男性,72岁。2006年5月患者因窦性心动过缓、窦性静止在外院安装永久性心脏起搏器(型号:法国产ELA2450,模式:DDD)。当时患者无明显呼吸困难,生活可以自理,出院记录无心力衰竭(心衰)诊断。2个月后患者出现行路5分钟后即感呼吸困难,症状进行性加重,进一步发展为下肢水肿,夜间不能平卧。在基层医院住院治疗1个月症状不能缓解。
