This letter presents the principle of DVB-T/H modulator and the system implementation scheme based on ARM and FPGA. We emphasize the design for orthogonal frequency division multiplexing （OFDM） with 2k, 4k and 8k three-mode-compatibility. Finally, the synthesis and simulation results are given.
