The development of political party is the important content of constitutionalism. There are many new phenomena about political party on the background of globalization of economy. A lot of parties in different nations reform their institutions and innovate their theories in order to satisfy the need of the development of society and suit the conditions of globalizaion so that they can come into power and solve the common problems of human beings.
