新生儿窒息后心脏收缩功能和心肌肌钙蛋白的动态变化 被引量:3

摘要 窒息是新生儿最常见的症状,窒息缺氧时造成机体血流动力学发生明显的变化,可使各个系统受到损害,心脏是常见的累及器官,可使全身血液动力学发生变化,进一步影响脑的血液供应,加重了脑的损伤,所以对心肌损害的早期诊断、早期治疗至关重要。本研究将通过动态检测窒息新生儿血清心肌肌钙蛋白(cTnI)和多普勒超声心动图测定其左室射血分数(LVEF),左室短轴缩短率(ES),
