草菇杂交研究初报——不正常类型单孢菌株之间的交配

A Preliminary Study on the Hybridization of Volvariella volvacea Strains——The Hybridization between Abnormal Single-Spore Isolates

选用在PDA培养基上生长很慢,很少发生甚至不发生气生菌丝,在稻草粉培养基上生长极慢或不生长的单孢菌株进行交配。试验结果表明,经过交配可获得在PDA培养基上及在稻草粉培养基上均生长旺盛,并可正常结实的杂交种。

The hybridization test was carried out with monosporous isolates of Volvariella volvacea grown slowly with very few or even no aerial hyphae on PDA medium and extremely slowly or even barely on straw powder medium. The result showed that the hybrid strain grown vigorously with abundant aerial and horizontal hyphae and fruited normally on PDA medium and straw powder medium could be obtained through hybridization.
