摘要 将聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)超细粉和分散助剂sl-619加入脂类混合溶剂中充分分散,得到悬浊液;加入FEVE树脂和助剂,均匀混合后,就得到可在常温固化的不粘涂料。固化剂的添加量为涂料全量质量的2%。讨论了PTFE超细粉和氟硅烷的加入量对不粘性的影响,PTFE超细粉和氟硅烷的最佳含量分别为涂料全量质量的7.7%和14.3%。不粘涂料的疏水角可达到122(°),表面能为10.6 m J/m2,同时具有较好的附着力(为1级)和硬度(为4H),涂层具有耐腐蚀和耐化学性等性质。 A new kind of nonstick coating which can be ambient cured was developed and introduced, PTFE and sl -619 were added into mixed solvent, and get suspension liquid after fully scattering, in addition go into FEVE and addition agent mixed, then can get nonstick. The addition of curing agent is 2%. We discussed the influence of addition of PTFE and FAS,the optimum content of PTFE and FAS is 7.7% and 14.3% respectively. A contact angle can be as 122 (°) ,at the same time, we can get the surface energy as low as 10.6 mJ/m^2 ,we can get better adhesive force and rigidity,the typical data shows the rigidity can be up to 4 H, and the adhesive force can be 1^st grade, this coating materials also perform perfect for the corrosion -resistance and chemic -resistance.
