摘要
采用环氧树脂/丙烯酸单体接枝共聚方法对环氧树脂进行化学改性,合成了单组分自乳化环氧乳液。考察了环氧树脂分子量、功能单体和引发剂用量对合成的环氧乳液稳定性、粒子结构、粒径分布的影响。实验结果表明,采用高分子量环氧树脂E-06和E-03配合使用,甲基丙烯酸单体含量44%,过氧化苯甲酰用量为单体总质量的8.4%,合成的环氧乳液具有良好的储存稳定性、黏度适中、粒径小,适于工业涂装。
The epoxy resin hybrid aqueous dispersion, one component seff-emulsifing waterborne epoxy resin emulsion, modified by grafting copolymerization with acrylate was prepared. Effect of molecular weight of epoxy resin, amount of monomers and initial agent on stability, particle structure and particle size distribution were investigated. The experimental date shows that when the epoxy resin is E -06 and E - 03 with high molecular weight, the MAA is 44% of total monomers mass, the BPO is 8.4%, the epoxy resin dispersion has good storage stability, the particle size and viscosity is suitable for industrial coatings.
