摘要
灰树花[Grifola frondosa(Fr.)S.F.Gray]是一种很有开发前途的菌类。本文介绍灰树花的食用。药用价值,生物学特性及栽培驯化方法。灰树花是一种喜光(200 lux以上),好氧的菌类,出菇最适温度为15—20℃,相对湿度90%~95%;以硬阔叶树木屑为主材料,于室内或室外荫棚进行袋式栽培,每年可栽春、秋两季。
Grifola frondosa is a kind of photophilous (over 200 lux) and aerobic edible fungus with good development prospect. Its edible and medicinal values, biological characteristics, cultivation and domestication methods are described in this paper. The optimum fruiting temperature and relative humidity for G. frondosa are 15-20℃ and 90%-95% resp.. At present, the bag cultivation method with hard broadleaf wood sawdust as substrate is adopted and two crops are harvested in spring and autumn every year both in indoor or outdoor sheds.
