体育社会问题与举办奥运会稳定理论研究

Research on Sports Social Problems and Stability Theory for Holding Olympic Games

依据社会问题和社会稳定理论,分析我国体育社会问题产生的社会学因素,论述体育社会问题与举办奥运会稳定的关系,提出实现北京奥运会稳定的机制和对策。研究认为,实现北京奥运会稳定包括环境稳定、心态稳定、赛事稳定、安全稳定;实现奥运会安全稳定的机制包括建立奥运会稳定的指标体系和举办奥运会社会心态监测指标,建立奥运会稳定的监控组织,进行预警,对重要事件隐患进行重点监控,建立突发事件处理指挥中心,提高处理突发事件反应能力和决策能力。

According to sports social problems and theory of social stability, this paper analyzed sociology factors caused sports social problems in China, discussed the relationship between sports social problems and stability in holding Olympic Games, and put forward the mechanism and countermeasure for realizing stability in Beijing Olympic Games. The research considered that for realizing Beijing Olympic Games stability, environments stability, attitude stability, contest stability and security stability are included. The mechanism included that establish index system and social attitude supervise measure, establish control organization for important issues, establish command center for outburst issues, and improve the reaction and decision-making abilities to deal with outburst issues.
