On Autonomy and its System in Current Development of socialist Townships

当前,我国村民自治在取得长足的进展同时,也存在诸多问题。为了加快社会主义新农村建设,必须找出解决问题的有效途径,从而使村民自治得到充分而有效地实现。

There remain some problems in the construction of autonomous townships. To speed up the construction of the socialist townships, much effort should be made to deal with those problems so that the autonomy can be realized.
