贵州农村“留守儿童”问题与解决策略

The Problems of and Solutions to the "Stayed-behind Children" in the Countryside of Guizhou Province

解决"三农"问题的核心是增加农民收入,而加快农村劳动力转移,是农民增收的重要途径。然而,随着农村劳动力的转移,在农村逐渐形成一个特殊群体——"留守儿童"。这个群体的出现,给社会发展带来种种隐患,已成为"社会之痛"。文章分析了产生"留守儿童"的各种原因,分别从学校、家庭、社会等方面提出了解决农村"留守儿童"问题的具体策略。

The core of solving the ＂three problems of farmers＂ lles in increasing farmers＂ income whereas speeding up the transfer of labour forces is the passage to increasing farmers＂ income. But with the transfer of labour forces in the countryside, a special community ＂stayed-behind children＂ are gradually formed. The occurance of this community results in some hidden trouble to the development of society, which becomes ＂a painful point of society＂. This paper analyses the causes that lead to ＂stayed-behind children＂ and again propounds concrete strategies for solving the prblem.
