摘要
对HVI900仪测试棉纤维品质的误差及其控制进行了研究。结果表明,(1)HVI900仪本身存在测试误差;(2)各品种与标准棉样纤维品质的变异趋势基本一致,但前者的变异程度远大于后者;(3)纤维品质中,以比强度的变异系数最大,麦克隆值的变异系数最小;(4)中期花的纤维品质好于混合花,且变异程度小于混合花。为了使纤维品质的测定结果具有一定的精度。
Test error from measuring upland cotton fiber qualities on the HVI900 and its control were investigated in this paper. The results showed that: (1)the HVI900 itself with error for measuring upland cotton fiber was detected in this study. (2)The variable trend of fiber qualities for each cotton variety and standard sample was the same. However, the variable degree of the former was bigger than that of the latter. (3)The coefficient of variation for strength and micronaire were the highest and the lowest respectively. (4)The fiber qualities of the middle part on the cotton plant were better than those of the blending sample picked from the whole cotton plant, and the variable degree of the fiber qualities from the middle part was smaller than that from blending cotton sample. In order to obtain accurate testing data of the fiber quality, the testing time for middle part and blending sample of the cotton plant by using HVI900 was 10 and 20 applications, respectively.
