摘要
通过静态吸附实验,研究了H-103、HZ-816、JX-101、HZ-818、HZ-803树脂对水溶液中硝基苯的吸附行为及热力学性质,并结合动态实验建立了用HZ-816树脂处理硝基苯废水的最佳工艺条件.废水处理后硝基苯浓度由1 800 mg.L-1降至2.5 mg.L-1以下.该处理工艺投资少、操作简便、处理效果好,可望实现工业化.
Study on the adsorption activity and thermodynamics characteristics of nitrobenzene by resin H- 103, HZ-816 ,JX-101 and HZ-818 was carried out through static experiment. And the optimum adsorption condition by resin HZ-816 was determined through dynamic experiment. After treatment, the concentration of nitrobenzene in the effluent decreased from 1800 mg/L to 2.5 mg/L. The process is cost-saving,easy and simple to handle, well-absorbed and can be put into practice in industry.
