研究了表面活性剂在乳化柴油过程中的应用,分析了乳化剂种类、用量、乳化效果、温度等因素对柴油-水乳化燃料稳定性的影响,并且对柴油-水乳化燃料的节能原理进行了阐述和分析.实验证明,最终制成的乳化燃料具有乳化剂用量少,稳定性好的特点,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益.

The application of surface active agent in the course of emulsified diesel oil is studied. The influence of the factors, such as emulsifier type, usage amount, temperature and so on, on the stability of diesel oil-water composite emulsified fuel is analyzed. And the energy-saving principle of the diesel oil-water emulsified fuel is researched. As the experiment proved, the emulsified fuel has the characteristics of small usage amount of emulsifier, good stability and high economic and social benefit.
