摘要
螺旋藻是一种重要的新型保健食品和保健药品的天然资源。本文论述了它的形态特征、营养价值、医疗保健功能、应用、深加工的途径及国内外的市场前景,并针对目前我国螺旋藻产业发展中存在的问题提出了3条建议。
Spirilina platensis is a newly discovered natural source of health food and health pharmaceuticals. This articlereviewed its morphological characteristics, nutritive value, therapeutic and health application, deep-processing procedure and themarketing prospects at home and abroad. Three suggestions in solving the problems existing in current Spirulla industry in Chinaare put forward.
