摘要
传统的疲劳寿命评估方法用于钻杆评估存在诸多困难。依据磁记忆检测技术的特点,提出了应力集中水平定量计算及评估方法;通过疲劳实验,得出了表面磁场强度法向分量变化梯度、应力集中磁效应系数与循环周次之间的关系曲线,实现了对钻杆疲劳寿命的初步评估。
There were a lot of difficulties when the traditional fatigue lifespan assessment method is used in evaluating drill rod lifespan.This article presented the quantitative calculation and assessment of stress concentration level according to magnetic memory of testing technology features;the relationship curve among the vertical component change gradient of the surface magnetic field strength,magnetic effect coefficient of stress concentration,and the circulation periods is acquired through fatigue experiments, the preliminary assessment of the fatigue lifespan of the drill rod was realized.
