摘要
报道了利用正交实验设计对硅铁红陶瓷颜料的工艺参数进行优化,结果表明:影响硅铁红色料性能的主要因素是SiO2/Fe2O3的质量配比和SiO2的粒度,其次是色料的煅烧温度,矿化剂对色料的影响最小。利用极差分析、因素水平与综合评分的效能曲线分析,确定最佳工艺参数为:SiO2/Fe2O3的质量配比在85:15左右,SiO2采用1500~1800目之间的硅微粉,煅烧温度为1100℃左右,矿化剂为3%的CaCl2。
This paper reports optimizing batch formula of processing parameters in silicon_iron_peach ceramic pigment by cross experiment. The results indicate that weight ratio of SiO2 and Fe2O3 and SiO2 granularity significantly influence the properties of silicon iron peach ceramic pigment. In addition pigment calcination temperature, to some extent has some effect. Whereas mineralizer has little function on the performance. By range analysis and the efficiency curve of factor level vs synthesis point system, the best processing parameter are that the proportion of about 85:15 between SiO2 and Fe2O3, silicon micro powder through 1500~1800 sieve mesh, calcination at about 1100℃ and addition of 3% CaCl2 mineralizer.
