摘要
研究了低pH条件对苜蓿生长和结瘤的影响。结果表明:与对照(pH6.5)相比,pH4.5处理极显著地抑制苜蓿初生根的伸长和根瘤菌Rhizobium meliloti的生长,进而抑制共生结瘤和苜蓿植株的生长。低pH并不直接影响苜蓿根毛变形,导致根毛变形率下降的根本原因在于根瘤菌受到低pH抑制。
The effects of low pH on the nodulation and growth of Medicago sativa L. were discussed in the study. The results showed that compared with the pH of 6.5, under pH 4.5 the primary root and rhizobium were obviously prevented to grow, and then to inhibit the growth of the nodulation and alfalfa. The low pH had no direct influence on the deformation of the root hair of Medicago sativa L,but it prevented the growth of the rhizobium and led to the root hair deformation.
