摘要
对于20 kt/a膨胀床MTBE装置反应器单台运行,另一台更换催化剂的方法进行探索和实践,并取得成功,证明此方法是MTBE装置维持高产、稳产、创效的有效途径。相对于停工5天换剂方案,避免了冬季停工可能造成的管线冻凝等事故;降低了催化剂消耗;可多生产MTRE 130 t。
The new method of catalyst replacement of one expanded-bed reactor of a 20,000 TPY MTBE unit while the other is still in operation was studied and practiced. The successful implementation showed that it is an effective approach to maintain high yield, stable operation and maximized profit.
