用常减压蒸馏装置低温余热加热进罐区原油 被引量:1

摘要 对中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司炼油厂Ⅱ套常减压蒸馏装置进行了利用常减压蒸馏装置低温余热加热原油的技术改造,利用除盐水作为热媒,将初馏塔顶油气、稳定塔底石脑油和含盐污水的低温位热源用于加热进罐区原油,不但节省了原来用于加热进罐区原油的蒸汽,而且合理利用了常减压蒸馏装置的低温余热,减少了常减压蒸馏装置的循环冷却水用量及空冷器用电量,取得了显著的节能效果及经济效益。 The No. 2 atmospheric-vacuum distillation unit in SINOPEC Qilu Company has been revamped to utilize the waste heat sources from overhead oil vapor of preliminary fractionator, bottom naphtha of stabilizer and salty waste water with desahing water as heat medium. This not only saves the steam used for heating the crude oil to the tank farm but also reduces the cooling water requirement and electric power consumption of CDU. The economic benefits is significant.
