摘要
介绍中国石化集团青岛石油化工有限责任公司蒸汽凝结水回收系统技术改造效果。在95~100℃不需降温的条件下,蒸汽凝结水通过增设的复合双层膜精处理系统处理后,凝结水中油浓度由2.49~7.54mg/L下降到1mg/1.以下,总铁浓度由105-266μg/L下降到50μg/L以下,达到中压锅炉给水标准要求,并直接用于中压锅炉补水。该系统投用后运行稳定,每年可新增凝结水回收量102.4kt,节约蒸汽9.6kt,经济效益达427×10^4RMB¥。
The revamps of the condensed water recovery system in Qingdao Petrochemical Co. Ltd. are described. The oil in the condensed water was reduced from 2.49 - 7, 54 mg/L to less than 1 mg/L and total iron from 105 -266 μg/L to less than 50 μg/L after passing through the fine filtration unit at a temperature of 95 - 100℃ without further cooling, which makes it possible for the condensed water to be used directly as the make-up water of boiler. The condensed water fine filtration unit is stable in operation. The 102,400 tons of condensed water is recovered and 9 600 tons of steam is saved each year. The annual profit is about 4.27 million yuan RMB.
