The major project controls, including quality control, schedule control and cost control, in EPC project management are analyzed. The objective of the project management is to ensure an effective control of project schedule and costs at the conditions of assured project quality and optimized combination of schedule and costs. The comprehensive project control is the comprehensive management of project quality control, schedule control, cost control and document control, and the schedule control and cost control are the main objectives in comprehensive project control.
