对“地方高师”音乐教学改革的思考

“地方高师”应摆脱音乐学院的影响,在人才培养目标、课程设置、地方音乐资源的利用等方面进行改革。应定位于本地区中小学音乐师资的培养,合理安排专业课程,形成自己的特色,并充分发挥其优势,让地方高师成为地方传统音乐的传承基地。

＂The local advanced normal school＂ should get rid of the influence of the music colleges and carry out the reform with respect to people training purpose, curriculums, the use of the local music resources, etc. This kind of school should be located on the training musical teachers of the local primary and middle schools, reasonally arrange specilized courses that form their own features and fully develop its advantages,so as to make itself be the base to impart and inherit the traditional local music.
