摘要
本文通过旱莲草水煎剂对老年小鼠免疫指标的影响,探讨了旱莲草的作用机理。结果表明旱莲草水煎剂能明显提高老年小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌巨噬细胞活化因子,但抑制 CohA 激活的淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL-2)和体外 DNA 的合成。揭示了旱莲草能提高巨噬细胞各噬功能的根本原因。同时本文结果还说明旱莲草对免疫系统具有双向调节作用,对指导临床用药具有重要的作用。
This paper deaps with the affections of Herba Ectiplae extract on aged mouse immune changes.The result shows that Herba Ectiptae extracts can obviously increasa the secretion of macrophage activation factor(MF), decrease IL-2 release and inhibit cells transformation stimulated by ConA in the cultured splenolyphocytes of the aged mice.
