摘要颅脑损伤病人合并多脏器功能不全综合征(Multiple organ dysfuuctiousyudrome MODS)者死亡率高,功能恢复差。我院自1988年1月至1995年1月治疗42例,报告如下。1 临床资料①一般资料:42例中,男31例,女11例;年龄4～74岁(平均38.4岁)。致伤原因:车祸伤24例,跌例或坠落伤12例,打击伤6例。②临床发现:31例伤后持续昏迷,11例有中间清醒期。格拉期哥评分(GCS)
