摘要
采用乙烯丙烯酸共聚物(EAA)熔融接枝马来酸酐(MAH)方法制备改性材料,通过FTIR确定了EAA-g-MAH的生成,研究了单体浓度、引发剂浓度和助剂浓度以及反应温度对接枝率的影响,通过偏光显微镜(PLM)和广角X射线衍射(WAXD)研究聚合物结晶行为,发现形成晶粒减小,通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和热失重分析仪(TGA)进行了热性能分析,发现接枝后熔融温度几乎不变,结晶能力降低,热稳定性得到了提高.
Maleic anhydride (MAH) grafted onto ethylene-acrylic acid (EAA) was developed to prepare functionalized material. From the results of FTIR (Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy), it can be proved that MAH has been grafted on EAA molecular chains. It was studied that the influencing effects of the monomer, initiator and addition stearic acid (SA) concentrations on the graft ratio. The effect of reactive temperature was also discussed. Polarized light microphotographs and WAXD were uesed to study the crystalization behavior. It was observed that crystallite size of the grafted sample decreased. The thermal property of the copolymer was characterized by DSC and TGA. The research results indicate that the crystalization capability decreases and the thermal stability is improved after grafting.
