摘要
结合2005年发布的GB/T 14541《电厂运行中汽轮机用矿物油维护管理导则》,介绍了我国对运行汽轮机油从新油交货时的验收到运行中的质量监督检验指标和检测周期的要求,分析了汽轮机油在机组运行中油质劣化原因及措施,明确了运行中补油和混油规定,强调了防止运行油老化的措施、油处理工艺及设备以及环境保护和安全管理等维护管理工作。对执行现行标准应引起注意的燃气轮机用油和辅助设备用油的监督、汽轮机的严重度和故障诊断、有关监督指标和项目及添加剂几个问题进行了分析并提出相应建议。
According to the GB/T 14541 ＂Guidelines for Maintenance and Supervision of Inservice Turbine Mineral Oil Used for Power Plants＂ published in 2005, the requirements of inservice turbine oil in China are presented, from acceptance check on new oil delivery to inspection indexes and test cycle of quality supervision in operation. The causes of quality deterioration of turbine oil in operating units and its countermeasures are analysed. And oil feeding and oil mixing regulations in operation are clarified. Besides, preventive measures for inservice oil aging, oil treatment processes and facilities, environmental protection, safety management and maintenance are also stressed. At last, several issues deserving attention in implementing the existing standard are addressed, including the supervision of turbine oil used gas and auxiliary equipment oil, turbine severity and failure diagnosis, relative supervision indexes, items and additives. At the same time, the corresponding proposals to the above issues are given also.
