摘要
目的:通过有限元方法,研究椎间盘退变在骨质疏松性椎体骨折发生的前期力学行为。方法:通过有限元方法建立椎体运动节段有限元模型,赋予骨质疏松及退变椎间盘物理参数,加载负荷后计算椎体应力分布情况。结果:椎间盘的退变导致了椎体局部应力更容易在局部集中。结论:椎间盘退变增加椎体骨折风险。
Objective:This paper is to study the mechanic behavior of centrum degrading in the early period ot osteoporosis centrum fracture through finite element procedures. Method:Build the finite element model of centrum subsection through finite element procedures,endowing osteoporosis and degrading subsection with physics paramenter, and calculate the stress distribution of centrum after loading onus. Conclusion:Centrum's degrading increases the risk of centrum fracture.
