肺癌骨转移的放疗效果及相关预后因素分析 被引量：5

摘要 肺癌容易发生骨转移，主要症状是疼痛、功能障碍等，发生率30％～55％。临床常以姑息治疗为目的（消除症状、减少痛苦），方法有多种，其中放疗较为理想。笔者对2000年1月至2002年12月期间因骨转移疼痛或承重骨受侵而行姑息放疗的76例肺癌骨转移病例，进行了回顾分析。
