彩色电视机机壳结构分析软件包

SOFTWARE PACKAGE OF STRUCTURE ANALYSIS OF COLOUR TELEVISION SHELL

本文在 SUPERSAP 软件基础上,开发和研制了彩电机壳结构分析软件包。该软件包输入较少的结构数据就能自动生成有限元网格并能够模拟彩电试验条件,对机壳进行静力,动力(自由振动、受迫振动、碰撞和冲击)分析和热设计。该软件包前后处理功能强并具有较强的图形显示功能。该软件不仅初步揭示了彩电机壳结构破坏的规律,而且也为电视机的计算机辅助设计(CAD 提供了一个雏型。

In this paper,a software package of structuer analysis of colour TV shell is developed, studied and presented on the basis of software SUPERSAP.No sooner is this software package input into the fewer structure data than it can automutically generate finite elemet cells,and make static and dynamic(free and forced vibrations,collision,impact)analysis and thermal design.It has strong pre-and post-processing and figure displaying functions. This software package has not only revealed the damaging regularity of colour TV shell structure but also supplied a embryonic form for computer aided design(CAD)of TV.
