抗菌平剪绒织物抗菌效果观察

OBSERVATION ON ANTIBACTERIAL EFFICACY OF ANTIBACTERIAL VELVETEEN FABRIC

目的了解抗菌平剪绒织物的抗菌效果,评价其抗菌性能。方法采用抑菌环法、振荡烧瓶法和浸渍法对其进行了检测。结果抗菌平剪绒织物在抑菌环法和浸渍法试验中均没有显示抗菌效果。经振荡烧瓶法试验证明,该织物显示出对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率依次为53.6%、51.8%和40.4%。抗菌产品组与非抗菌产品组的抑菌率的平均之差值分别是39.0%,40.2%和29.7%。结论抗菌平剪绒织物经抑菌环试验和浸渍法试验均未显示出抗菌效果,经振荡瓶试验结果显示出一定抗菌作用,但抗菌作用比较弱。

Objective To know the antibacterial efficacy of the antibacterial velveteen fabric and to evaluate its antibacterial properties. Methods Bacteriostatic ring method, agitation flask method and immersion method were used to carry out examination. Rusults The antibacterial velveteen fabrics did not show antibacterial efficacy in bacteriostatic ring test and immersion test. The agitation flask test demonstrated that the bacteriostatie rates of this fabric for Staphylococcus aureus , Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were 53.6%, 51.8% and 40. 4% respectively, and the average differences between antibacterial product group and non - antibacterial product group were 39. 0%, 40.2% and 29. 7% respectively. Conclusion The antibacterial vdveteen fabric did not show antibacterial efficacy in bacteriostatie ring test and immersion test and showed certain antibacterial effect in agitation flask test, but its antibacterial effect was relatively weak.
