摘要
目的了解一种纯植物萃取液的杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室观察。结果以含有效杀菌成分丁香酚8700mg/L、肉桂醛690mg/L的该植物萃取液原液作用1min,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。以该植物萃取液原液擦拭物体表面作用5min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值均>1.00。将该植物萃取液密封储存于54℃14d后,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭效果无变化。用该植物萃取液原液浸泡72h,对碳钢、铜有轻度腐蚀,对铝、不锈钢基本无腐蚀。结论该纯植物萃取液具有良好的杀菌效果,性能稳定,但对部分金属有腐蚀性。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and disinfection - related properties of a pure plant extract. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and physicochemical analytic method were used to carry out laboratory observation. Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coil in suspension exposed to the stock solution of the plant extract containing the active germicidal components eugenol 8700 mg/L and cinnamaldehyde 690 mg/L for 1 min were 〉 5.00. The average killing logarithm value of the natural bacteria on the surfaces wiped with the stock solution of the plant extract with a 5 min contact time was 〉 1.00. After the plant extract in airlight packing was stored at 54℃ for 14 days, its efficacy in killing S. aureus did not change. Immersion in the stock solution of the plant extract for 72 h caused slight corrosion of carbon steel and copper, and essentially did not cause corrosion of aluminum and stainless steel. Conclusion The pure plant extract has good germicidal efficacy and stability, but it is corrosive to some metals.
