微生物实验室小型压力蒸汽灭菌器现状调查

SURVEY OF PRESENT SITUATION OF MINIATURE AUTOCLAVES IN MICROBIOLOGICAL LABORATORY

目的了解微生物实验室用小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的使用现状,提高微生物实验室灭菌质量,确保实验室生物安全。方法采用资料调查和现场检测的方法对某医学科研机构微生物实验室使用中的小型压力蒸汽灭菌器进行了调查。结果共调查71台小型压力蒸汽灭菌器,其中预真空式压力蒸汽灭菌器占15.49%,下排气式压力蒸汽灭菌器占71.83%,尚有12.68%的压力蒸汽灭菌器采用直火加热方式产生蒸汽。这些压力蒸汽灭菌器内室温度检测合格率为60.56%;时间控制检测合格率为71.83%。灭菌包化学指示物检测合格率为100%;生物检测合格率亦为100%。结论某医学科研机构微生物实验室内小型压力蒸汽灭菌器的灭菌过程监测全部合格,部分灭菌器质控监测不合格,灭菌设备管理和灭菌操作人员的知识存在问题,存在灭菌质量隐患。

Objective To know the present situation of use of miniature autoclaves used in microbiological laboratory in order to enhance the sterilization quality in microbiological laboratory and to ensure biosafety of laboratory. Methods Data investigation and on - the - spot examination method were used to carry out investigation on the miniature autoclaves in use in the microbiological laboratory of a medical science research institution. Results A total of 71 miniature autoclaves were surveyed. Of them, 15.49% were prevacuum autoclaves, 71.83% were downward displacement autoclaves and 12.68% of the autoclaves used direct - fire heating method to produce steam. The eligible rate of temperature at the inner chamber was 60.56% and the eligible rote of time control was 71.83%. The eligible rate of examination by chemical indicator in the sterilized pack was 100% and that of examination by biological indicator was also 100%. Conclusion Monitoring of sterilization process of the miniature autoclaves in microbiological laboratory of a medical science research institution indicated that all of them were eligible. Quality control monitoring indicated that some autoclaves were ineligible. There were problems in administration of sterilization equipment and knowledge of sterilization operation persons, so there is hidden trouble in sterilization quality.
