云南基孔肯雅病毒血凝特性的研究 被引量:2

摘要 在pH5.75~6.4的条件下,云南基孔肯雅病毒及国外原型株能与鸽、鹅、鸡、鸭、绵羊和人O型红细胞发生凝集,尤以鸽、鹅红细胞为佳,凝集最适pH为5.75。在4℃、室温和37℃血凝反应无明显差别。交互血凝抑制试验表明,云南基孔肯雅病毒及国外原型株与同亚组的MAY、SF、GET和SIN病毒反应较弱(≤1:20),与西尼罗、乙脑、登革、科萨努尔森林病、兰加特、波瓦生和流行性出血热病毒无反应。结果表明,血凝抑制试验是基孔肯雅病毒的诊断和流行病学调查的较好方法。 This paper reported the research results for hemagglutination and hemagglutination inhibition (Hl) tests of six strains of chikungunya (CHIK) virus isolated from bats, mosquitoes and patients in Yunnan, China, and Ross strain (prototype strain) of CHIK virus isolated from Africa. These virus strains agglutinated red blood cells of dove, goose, chicken, duckling, sheep and human type O at pH5. 75-6. 4, but most suitable at pH5. 75. Tests had no significant differences at 4℃, room temperature or 37℃. Cross HI test of these CHIK virus strains and other arboviruses strains showed reactions of low titres (≤1: 20) with Mayaro, Semliki forest disease, Getah and Sindbis viruses, no reactions with West Nile, Japanese encephalitis, Dengue, Kyasanur forest disease, Langat, Powassan and Epidemic hemorrhagic fever viruses. The results indicate that HI test is a better method for the diagnostic and seroepidemiological study of CHIK.
