43例流行性出血热B超检查结果分析

Analysis of 43 Cases with Epidemic Hemorrhagic Fever Examined by B-mode Ultrasound Diagnostic Apparatus

应用岛津SDC－32型线性电子扫描超声波诊断仪，对43例临床确诊的流行性出血热（EHF）患者进行B超检查，发现均有不同程度的病理声像表现，首次提出了门静脉主干内径增宽现象，并对其临床意义进行探讨。

In this paper, it was reported that Daojin-32-mode linear-electron-scanning ultrasound-diagnostic-apparatus was used to examine 43 cases with epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF), who were confirmed by clinical diagnosis. All examinations were found with acoustic image appearance of pathology to various degrees. It was first referred to that the trunk diametre of portal vein appeared to widen, and its clinical significance was approached.
