Study on Coordination and Interaction Model among Knowledge Innovation,Technology Innovation and Management Innovation

创新是当代科学技术研究的本质特征和根本目标,本文从当代科技创新的主要类型和特点入手,探讨了企业如何构建知识创新、技术创新和管理创新之间的动态、双向的匹配、协同与互动的创新模式;提出科技创新在于学科交叉和汇聚,在于科学家的无私奉献;创新的驱动力主要来自国家需求推动和市场牵引。

Innovation is the essential feature and fundamental objective of modern science and technology research. This paper analyzed the main types and characteristics of the contemporary technological innovations, discussed how to build the dynamic, two-way matching, coordination and interaction model among knowledge innovation, technology innovation and management innovation for enterprises. This paper also pointed out that innovation of science and technology is based on interdisciplinary cross, innovative pool and selfless dedication of scientists. The main driving force of innovation comes from the requirement promotion of the state and market traction.
