On Relationship Between University and Construction of Innovative Culture

建设创新型国家必须加强创新文化建设。大学在建设创新型国家中承担着人才培养、科技创新、服务社会的任务,同时还肩负着建设创新型文化的重任。

In order to build the innovation-oriented country, it is quite necessary to strengthen the construction of innovative culture. Therefore,in the process of building innovation-oriented country, the university not only is responsible for talent cultivation, innovation of science and technology and providing the service for the society, but also takes on the task of building innovation-oriented culture.
