浅论高校基建工程质量管理

On Quality Management of Capital Construction Project in Universities

高等学校基建工作关系到学校事业的发展,由于市场机制尚不完善和法律法规不够健全等原因,工程质量还存在一些缺陷。该文从质量现状、产生质量缺陷的原因、应对措施几个方面,阐明了工程质量控制要从源头抓起,要着重搞好过程控制。

Capital construction is so important for the development of colleges and universities. Because market mechanism and laws and regulations are quite inadequate, there existed some defects in the quality of project. This paper , from the status quo of quality, reasons for the quality defects, related measures, illustrates that the control of project quality should be started from the beginning and the process control should be stressed.
