标准本位的教师教育:内涵、特征与操作模式 被引量:6

摘要 “标准本位的教师教育”指以事先确定的教师教育的各类标准为基础,据此对教师教育系统的部分环节或全部环节(如课程、教材、教学、评价等)进行相应的改革的策略,其目的是为了达到或超过课程标准的要求。当前实施标准本位的教师教育机构多采取“确定标准——分析现状——改进计划与行动——效果反馈”的操作模式。
