非洲马拉维教师教育整合课程改革述评 被引量:1

摘要 教师教育课程改革是近年国际教师研究的重要课题。为应对日益扩大的教师队伍,提升教师理论与实践相结合的能力,改进教师教育观念,非洲马拉维共和国进行了教师教育课程整合实验,在课程理念、课程实施、课程评价等方面均有重要的突破与创新。其以学校——大学合作为基础的24个月全程培训,以及多场景培训、区域座谈、远程模式等方法,对我国教师教育课程的改革有较好的启示。
