美国教师入职教育探索 被引量:4

摘要 新教师流失率的增加以及从教前几年教学经历对教师专业发展生涯的影响,决定了入职教育是美国教师教育体系中一个不可或缺的组成部分。美国早在20世纪80年代就开展了新教师的入职教育,现已形成了一个包括定向课程、支持和帮助、培训课程、教师评价等四个方面的较完备的体系,并成为美国教师教育的一个特色。
