摘要
本文用国外著名程序 SAP6对焊接空心球节点进行有限元计算和分析,着重研究钢管与球交界处的应力分布。对50余种不同几何尺寸的节点进行了计算,其结果均表明:球节点上的最大应力为径向应力,发生在钢管与球交界附近,此处存在着高度应力集中现象,应力集中的程度随球径、管径、球厚和管厚的相对尺寸呈有规律变化。并绘制了它们的变化规律曲线,为全面分析研究球节点各部分的应力和变形情况及建立更合理的计算公式提供了计算数据。
In this paper,finite element calculation and analysis was carried out on the welded hol- low spherical joint using general purpose structure analysis program SAP6.Investigation was specially made for stresses at the junction of the steel tube and the hollow sphere.The calculation was carried out on more than fifty different size joints.The result shows that the maximum stress is the radial stress occuring at the juction of steel tube and the hollow sphere.Serious stress concentration phenomenon exists in this region.The magnitude of the stress concentration factor varies with the sphere diameter,the tube diameter,the sphere thickriess and the tube thickness regularly.In order to analyze the stress and deformation of spherical joint completely and provide data to obtain more reasonable formulas,character- istic curves were plotted in this paper.
