单侧上颌快速扩弓的实验研究

Study of rapid unilateral maxillary expansion

目的:探讨正颌外科辅助快速上颌扩弓治疗上颌单侧后牙反的效果。方法:对8只成年犬配合单侧颊侧骨皮质切开及翼上颌连结松解术进行快速上颌扩弓,通过组织学、定位X线片及模型测量分析,观察该方法对上颌牙弓快速扩大的效果。结果:有7只犬手术辅助快速上颌扩弓效果明显。结论:单侧正颌外科手术辅助快速上颌扩弓的方法效果确切。

Objective：The investigation is proposed to approach the effect of surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion to treat unilateral cross-bites. Method： Rapid maxillary expansion with osteotomy of the unilateral lateral wall of the maxilla combined with pterygomaxillary were done to 8 adult dogs. The effects of the expansion of maxillary were evaluated by histology, X -ray and model analysis. Result.-7 dogs had good results on the surgically assisted side. Conclusion： It is feasible that maxillary can be expand by unilateral surgically assisted rapid maxillary expansion.
